All items purchased from our online store are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Article exchange (changing the item style or design) is not allowed under any condition.
Courier exchange charges will apply for size-related exchanges.
Damages and Issues

Exchange Process
We offer a doorstep exchange service for your convenience.
Our rider will pick up the product and deliver the replacement simultaneously at your doorstep.
Courier exchange charges will apply for size-related exchanges.
The product must be returned in unused condition with its original packaging.

Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size. If unavailable, you may choose to wait for the size to restock.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.
The doorstep exchange service may not be available in certain cities. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be provided.
Exchanges can take 1-2 weeks to process and replace, depending on availability and logistics.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as it is considered part of the product.
Customer Responsibility:
The shipping cost of returns will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will only be processed via bank transfer and will include only the product value, not any shipping charges incurred.
Damaged or Defective Products:
Refunds are issued only for products that are determined to be damaged or defective after evaluation.
